There are the blatantly obvious heavy-hitters, but then there are the teams (which you also mention) that it wouldn't really surprise me if they make it to the semifinals. Canyon Lake took some lumps last year, but they were a breath away from taking down Calallen in the second round of the playoffs. That should make the Hawks pretty hungry and hopeful. But I thought Fred had a salty crew last year, too, and I wouldn't be surprised to see them make it to round three or four.
For me, the team to keep an eye on down there though is Boerne. Rashawn Galloway might light it up down there this season. Dude is a beast.Texas Forever.
