This seems to be very good news concerning the future of UIL football broadcasts.

Dont read too much into it as far as the Friday night ban being lifted etc
Just means Dave Campbell will be charging for playoff games.
The measure of who we are is what we do with what we have..... Vince Lombardi
The thought of combining the magazine subscription with Texan live sounds intriguing if that is where they are going with this.

There's a lot of variables at play, but the HOPE is we can grow it
The first one is the UIL's Friday night rule for regular season games...if that goes back in play its likely most games will be in metro areas where there are Thursday and Saturday games. A lot also depends on revenue sponsorships, more subscription revenue and sponsorships we get, the more equipment we can buy and larger budget we have for broadcasters and tech guys to contract...
As for the playoffs we plan on competing for rights across the state, but it also depends on broadcaster/equipment availability etc...for example if I'm doing color on a game and the game is in Lubbock I have to ask my boss if I can leave work early etc....if I cant get that done then we cant do the game in Lubbock lol.....
How does the East Bernard-LRA game get capability for replay, and a running clock on the score bar graphics, while the El Campo-Lindale game gets the usual stone age score bar with no clock and no replay?
