Heck of a win for the Texans. You could tell it was Alice's first game, especially late. Wimberley is looking solid. Texans probably glad they were tested early and often in pre-district, because they may not get challenged again for a minute.

Now for the downside. I believe we had 12-15 penalties. Several that negated tds. I thought I heard the guys running up and down the stadium stands this morning. If it was the varsity, just can't imagine why. lol Go Texans!

Hey Matt. You think Dave Campbell Texas Football can update our "faces to know" on the Wimberley team page? Just a little outdated.

Thanks d0t. Yes it was. Alice has some talent, that is for sure. It is beyond my comprehension as to how the final decision for our district came about. I have an abundance of theories.

Yeah, running it up is never good. Kicking FG's, really? Rubbing their face in it.

Nobody at DCTF does anything except for Stepp, as far as I can tell.

Please tell me what you would do? When they can't even stop a basic play then what do you suggest? We did that to try and get our kicker the School Record. We even backed up 3 times or it could have very well been 95 points. Just remember UIL created this show and having three of these in a row does nothing to get ready for Wimberley and the playoffs. Navarro lost 2 weeks of practice, scrimmage and a first game. They need the reps if it is just basic plays.
