It's official. The Oct. 23rd game will be at Navarro. The Texans are now looking to schedule a game for Oct. 30th. Hey Celina...you guys available? lol

Raymondville is open on Oct 30th. They have only 3 non district games and one district game on Nov 6th or Port Isabel who has no non-district game only 1 game on their schedule their district game against Raymondville for the playoffs on Nov 6th. Port Isabel would probably like atleast one game before their only game on the schedule.

As it stands now, Port Isabel tentatively has a non-district game set up on Oct. 30th with PSJA Southwest. Port Isabel DID finally start in-person practices this Monday and don't have anything on the schedule for this Friday.

They wanted to have a scrimmage with someone for the 23rd, but there's word they MIGHT go the Raymondville route and put another non-district game in it's place. As far as who is open on that day, no one really knows. PI may possibly go up against a 6A JV team to at least get a few reps in.

However, if the game vs. PSJA Southwest falls through, then Port Isabel will have Oct. 30th open.

It's not looking very good for Raymondville right now. They just cancelled another game for this Friday vs. Hidalgo and the word floating around is that there may be more COVID-19 positives there too. Not just Raymondville, but Willacy Co. as a whole.

Still no word on openings for Oct. 30th, at least out of the RGV region. Port Isabel's non-district game with PSJA Southwest on Oct. 30th is now a go, so no PI/Wimbo game.
