I believe it is 9:00. And I think FSSW usually has something about it. Don't take my word for it though.

For Sinton, its most likely just two scenarios where they'll end up. D15 with Cuero, Rockport, Ingleside and the 5th team likely be Gonzales or they'll end up in D16 with 3 RGV teams with coastal bend teams.
