I can remember a year back in 1971 that Silsbee played Wharton in a bi-district game and won 36-17. They (Silsbee) went 12-1 that year and lost to Brenham 21-19 in the second round

It was in Victoria. WC talked **** all week about how Wimberley wasn't going to be used to their speed (lol), and then it was 21-0 about 2 minutes into the game. I believe Saggy Aggy was on that team. He was the JV water boy, called up for the playoffs. Originally Posted by Scoop27
