QBs Starting on D?

I want to know your opinions on this and if you know of any Starting Quarterbacks who also start on defense?

Denver City's QB also starts at DB. I've heard coaches say, when dealing with a number shortage, that they take their best overall athlete and put him at QB. If that's the case I'd suspect he'd start on defense as well, but that's usually in the 1 and 2A ranks where I've heard that philosophy.

If Wimberley plays Mikey Meeks at QB, he'll also play defense...no way they'll give up his speed at DB.

I suspect that because he is a great defensive player, they'll try to keep him from playing QB, but that's just my opinion.

Crockett's L'Tydrick Riley...starting QB and LB...plus he's been known to return kicks,play WR (as in that crazy Newton game last year), and play DB

I remember that crazy play with Riley in Newton last year. It was a heart breaker.
