    Default Eligibilty rules

A young man has moved to Ingleside from Alabama. He will be a junior. What are the rules as far as being eligible to play varsity.

If he moved from out of state, there should be no issues whatsoever with his eligibility. Should be able to play right away.

the previous school still has to complete a PAPF, if they happen to check one of the boxes on the form then a DEC hearing has to be held to determine eligibility...the vast majority of out of state moves have clean PAPFs and there's no issue....but there are always exceptions
