Default Wharton Tiger Football Stadium to be completed on time in August

Wharton's football stadium is reportedly scheduled to be finished on time in August.
Name is still up in the air but hope they leave it at Tiger Stadium.
By the looks of it from aerial views it has a long way to go but a story in the Wharton Journal-Spectator says it will be finished before the season starts. But there will not be a field house built for one reason or another
