She’s probably loving the attention. Hell she might even get famous off of this.

Police and DA and still trying to figure out what they can charge her with besides 'public lewdness'

    From the Victoria Advocate
The El Campo school district fired a substitute teacher last week after receiving a tip that she produced pornographic videos last month at El Campo High School.

The district notified the El Campo Police Department and the Texas Education Agency last week about the videos that were suspected to have been made in a classroom and workroom, according to Chief Terry Stanphill and a school district news release.

An officer visited the campus June 19 and consulted with an investigator and the Wharton County District Attorney’s Office before determining there was no evidence of a crime, Stanphill said.

There were no students or additional staff in the videos created by the substitute teacher who had worked in the district for three months, according to the news release. Stanphill said the videos appeared to have been produced for the internet, and the only video that included another person “clearly did not occur at the school but rather in a home or bedroom setting.”

The only violation that the woman could have committed was public lewdness, but there was no evidence of the Class A misdemeanor because no persons were present when the videos were created, Stanphill said.

Public lewdness is defined in the Texas Penal Code as a person knowingly engaging in sexual intercourse, sexual contact or deviate sexual intercourse in a public place or a place where the person is reckless about whether another person present would be offended or alarmed by the person’s actions.

“The reason that they did not find evidence was because the suspect had closed the door and had clothes on and was not reckless about their conduct so that someone else could see them or be offended by it,” Stanphill said.

The school district is seeking legal advice about the incident.

Stanphill said the police department will not investigate further unless new evidence emerges.

“We have no case or report at this time,” he said.

It makes wonder if it would've been different if it was a man that did something like that. It's hard to imagine not being able to tell something was going on. She must've have been a master at her art to not give herself away.

Similar accusations out of Gonzales. High school nurse arrested for sending lewd material to a juvenile. Married woman with a young child comes from a good family too. What is going on at these high schools these days?
