The Fulshear Chargers(27-5-1) have scored 265 total runs this season and allowed 105 in 33 games. That's an average of 8.03 runs scored/game vs 3.18 allowed/game.....not too shabby if you ask me. Now let's look at the La Vernia Bears(24-9) for this season. They have scored a total of 273 runs in 33 games and allowed a total of 139 runs. That's an average of 8.27 runs/game scored vs allowing 4.21 runs/game. These two teams appear to be a good match for each other......should be an interesting series to watch.

Game 2 Friday at 7 p.m. in Weimar
The Bears had 10 hits and Fulshear had only 2 hits, but Fulshear wins by 3 runs??? Something went wrong in this equation......sounds like some walks and costly errors to me. OR a 3 run homer was one of the hits. But still.......had to give up some walks or errors to put men on base for that to happen.
