Ground ball foul down the first base line.....0-2 on Nico. He's hit in the forearm......Hartman scores on the hit by pitch......the bases are still loaded for Gonzo. A line shot to right center rolls all the way to the fence. 2 runs score and Gonzo ends up on 2nd. 16-1 now for Argyle and another Canyon pitching change with runners on 2nd and 3rd in the top of the 4th with two outs.

I think Canyon doesn't have much pitching depth......that's a major problem. Reese Sullivan pitching now. A liner to left field as Jonathan Peavy makes the catch. 3 more runs on 3 hits and 2 stranded for Argyle in the top half of the 4th. Canyon coming to bat.

Looks like Tate Van Poppel(8-0) will take the mound for Argyle......a 1.85 ERA. First pitch fast ball blows right past Brett Cobb for a strike.

Saldeman up now.....a high chopper to first base as Ricker goes into the hole and tosses to pitcher Van Poppel for the out.....a very good play for Argyle all the way around. End of the 4th......3 up and 3 down.

Jake Sullivan up now for Argyle. Saldeman on the mound, not Sullivan. Ground ball to 2nd baseman and the play is not made. The subs are in for Canyon now also. That's a throwing error on the 2nd baseman. Liner over the 2nd baseman's head by Riley Hartman. Runner held up at 2nd base. Runners on 1st and 2nd with no outs and Dillon Carter is up.

Now Nate Blacowitz up as another pinch hitter for Argyle. Deep ball down the line for a foul ball. 1-2 to Blacowitz......fly ball to RF and its a fair ball inside the line for a base hit for Blacowiz. Peavy up now......Canyon needs 9 runs this inning or they will be run ruled. Most of the positions in the field by Argyle are filled up with bench players now. Strike out by Van Poppel. Now a fly ball for another out. One more out now.
