That one ought to be a dandy. Speed and athleticism ALL OVER the field in that one. I think Paris certainly has the weapons to keep up with La Vega, but I just think the Pirates' defense is too good, too fast and too disciplined to lose this game.

In Region III, you've got a pretty good one brewing in Carthage vs Midlothian Heritage. The Jaguars have the firepower to keep up with the Bulldogs, and then some. Should be a classic.

And in Region IV, Sealy vs Liberty Hill has the potential to be a heavyweight fight. I like the Panthers in that one, but Sealy has been pretty explosive all year long.

Man, it's been awhile since we heard from Sealy. Nice run they had in 90's under the late T.J. Mills? Gone too soon at age 60. Then that Eric Dickerson year in 1978 Sealy had.

They got the sweetwater coach who took them to state a couple years ago and suddenly Sealy is undefeated.... go figure

He walked in at the perfect time. Sealys lower classes were loaded before he got there. Frosh and Jv undeafted one year if not two and most of the games weren't close. All that talent and now a good coach tells me Sealy will be tough for a while.

Stink on stink , low man wins = Ricebird football.
