Matt, you and DCTF should add the Austin Metro to your schedule, Liberty Hill @ Hutto week 2 will be a great chance to see a top prolific passing big school vs an old school ground and pound system. Many doubt the Slot-T can keep up with a big school spread of Huttos 2018 caliber.
A Top 5A-D1 Spread vs A Top 4A-D1 Slot-T. It will be interesting to say the least, maybe even make a good story.

I know I will be there and have no doubt, I will be rootin for LHHS!!!

It's almost criminal that Matt has to have a day job at all. He's too good at this. Texas HS Football should be his day job!

Hell, at least he's not in Mississauga anymore. That would be awkward now that Canada and the U.S. are at war.

I don't understand that either. There are several premier games that would draw large crowds, even if on Saturday. Probably a larger crowd if on Saturday, honestly. The Gilmer/Carthage game had no shortage of fans the last few years.

Haha you're right. I'm not sure why I thought it was in Gilmer.

But, it should be a game to see. It's going to be interesting to see how Gilmer handles the adversity of losing their first game of the season in over a decade.
