Working on mine right now. A pork loin stuffed with a boudin/cream cheese/jalapeno mixture. Gonna put it in the oven for a bit and then move to pit. Hope it does good.

Nobody cooks chicken halves anymore. Except maybe and you I guess. I grew up on those things. Reminds me of my Grandfather.
