At first glance I thought this was a basketball score or a Gilmer vs. Liberty Eylau football game that went into multiple overtimes.

If this game would have gone into OT it would still be going on.Is there a rule of how many OT before they call it a game?

No. It's a playoff game.

No, but after the 2nd overtime teams have to go for 2 points after a TD, if I'm not mistaken.
