Default China Spring (5-) @ La Vega (6-0)

One of the biggest rivalries in Central Texas this Friday night. I'm sure La Vega is chomping at the bit to get revenge after China Spring sent them home from the playoffs in the quarterfinals last year. China Spring looked very good on both sides of the ball against Burnet and seem to be playing at higher level now. The loss to Huntsville does not seem so bad now seeing that they are 6-0. However, I'm not going to kid myself. La Vega is a machine and their skill position players are as good as any team in the state. My hope is that CS can keep it close and play mistake free football.

No matter who wins you should definitely get your money's worth.

Ended as i thought it would. China throws two interceptions in the end zone. LaVega rushes for 300 yards. Both sides knocking the hell out of each other. Ends 20-10 LV win. Very typical CS v LV game.

FYI there hasn't been a blow out since 2007 42-13.

That was the year CS beat LV 31-28 at the Floyd in the Regional Finals.

Finally took some time out of your busy schedule to stop by the neighborhood. Good to “see “ you.
