As good an assessment as any. Unfortunately.......in Gilmer Texas, there are no moral victories. We lost a game we feel we had an excellent chance to win. Hopefully we learned from this one. Thanks for coming Matt.

A good assessment, Matt, on the Gilmer / Carthage game. We had Carthage on the ropes for the count, but came up empty in two attempts in the red zone in the 3rd quarter. We imploded offensively, and the Carthage defense deserves a lot of credit for that. Poppy made a couple of poor decisions, and Qua Heath's fumble shouldn't have ever happened.

Turnovers is something that has plagued the Buckeyes for 2+ seasons now, and that is something that needs to be fixed if we plan on playing into December.
