If I recall, JJ was not the full time starter until week 4 maybe? I know I was a bit critical last year about the Giddings game when I felt the leadership was lacking from both QBs. The game was there for the taking. He has come a long way.

I'm not attacking JJ chill. Calling him the best QB in Central Texas is a lofty opinion, I was just stating he wasn't even the best QB in the district last year (arguably). Don't be so sensitive

First half of the regular season already complete. My, how the weeks fly...just like a JoJo pass. lol Could not have asked for a better result at 5-0. Texans have lots of work left to be done on both sides of the ball but one thing is for sure, these guys do not get rattled, they stay focused and believe in themselves. Man did it show in Fredericksburg last Friday night and not unlike the week before in Canyon Lake. I'm not going to go all out here and make bold predictions but it has been fun and I can't see any reason for that to end any time soon. Go Texans!!
