Astros rotation is dealing with a bunch of injuries right now though.

McHugh, Morton and Musgrove all on the DL. Keuchel just got back from the DL.

Peacock has filled in a bit but David Paulino and Reymin Guduan were just recalled from AAA. Paulino will get his first start as an Astro tomorrow....

    Next up, the Rangers.

I wonder when the Astros' injuries/DL will catch up to them? They had an awesome May. Except for the bruising Cleveland Indians gave 'em...

I think the Astros have just been erring on the cautious side because they can afford to right now. Morton will be out for a while but Keuchel and Musgrove only missed one game

That called third strike on reddick was awful. Ball was well off the plate....

Instead of 2 guys on and 1 out for altuve, we have 1 on and 2 out. Game changer....

Turns out to not bite the Astros, as they win 7-1 against the rangers.

Keuchel is 9-0 w a 1.67 ERA. Astros have won 8 in a row, their division lead is 12.5, and 13 over the rangers. They are 39-16.

    McCullers goes tomorrow....
