#8 Sinton at #9 Robstown Friday 10/17 7 pm District game.

Sinton given up total of 17 runs in 11 games, Sinton most likely going with Jordan Martinez. He had a start there his freshman year in 2014 season.

I was able to watch Argyle one game this last weekend at the La Grange tournament, very solid team 1-9 and no doubt very deserving of the No.1 spot. On a side note I sat next to their dugout, let's just say they are a very confident team that likes speak their mind. Not my kind of dugout but kids are so much different these days, whatever happened to the saying to let your play on the field do the talking. Just the new generation.

Silsbee baseball 14-1 and ranked #5. This along with Silsbee basketball just winning state championship. Good things going on at Silsbee.
I have forgotten as much as I have remembered, so where does that leave me?

Aggies are we, didn't baseball season just start after the state basketball tourney? How could they have gotten so many games in?

Would not at all be surprised to see Wylie repeat this year. Loaded top to bottom, stout pitching, great coaching and defending state champs. Very good team.

Robstown will drop down in the rankings after losing to Ingleside 6-5 last night.

I'll be up in Irving next week my employer sending me over there for the week and going to go check out Argyle at Decatur next Tuesday looks like a good matchup.

Never said or implied it would be easy... just said I wouldn't be surprised if they did. Think we have as good a shot as any of the top teams, maybe better than most because the overwhelming majority of our starters were there last year and know what it takes.

Argyle always has Pleasant Grove to contend with in Region 2.......they are a definite baseball power every year in 4A.
Yesterdays are gone forever and tomorrows may never happen, but today you have the opportunity to make a difference.

Isn't it strange that after a bombing everyone blames the Crazy Azz bomber(s), but after a shooting the problem is the gun?

44, it's an inside joke. Aggie says he doesn't acknowledge baseball until after the state basketball tourney.
