The committee said A&M's strength of schedule put them where they are over Washington. A lot of good teams from 5 - 8. Wish they included 8 teams. Of course, all would probably lose to Alabama this year.

The problem with the system is that A&M really doesn't control it's own destiny. If A&M wins out and so does Wash, Wash will prob get in because of that extra game they get. Assuming everything else is the same.

exactly, it's a lot like a few years ago when TCU was jumped by Ohio State- if I remember correctly Baylor even moved up to past TCU on the final ranking.

I'm not concerned about that. Others will knock themselves out. If a&m wins out, they'll be in

How's that strength of schedule working out for ya today? Just as I thought...not that impressive (laughable with Prairie View A&M, New Mexico St., & UTSA on the non-conference schedule) and should have NEVER been placed ahead of Washington, or Louisville, or Ohio State, or Wisconsin, or....... Aggy about to do their usual free fall....aggy gonna aggy. Told you last week to not get excited little ag...could have saved you the disappointment. I knew aggy was going to pull this off today...they always do.

Gag Em...control that destiny. Wow, lost to one of the weakest SEC teams. A team that lost to South Alabama? Aggy was just lucky they hadn't lost more. Tennessee practically handed them the game with all the turnovers. Aggy overrated and it was all exposed today.

Several years back if going to lose - lose early and then climb back up the ladder. Some teams ranked high all season would lose at end then get knocked down in polls - teams that had lost earlier would get ranked ahead of them. The Big 10 was good example - finished season last Saturday before Thanksgiving, No playoff game for championship, would lose last game and no way to make up ground.

TCU made mincemeat outta Baylor today. Looks like the Bears are no longer receiving blessings, huh? A real shame......
Yesterdays are gone forever and tomorrows may never happen, but today you have the opportunity to make a difference.
