Looks like the entire Austin area will be invading Houston on Saturday. Have fun if you're driving 71 and I-10 that morning lol. If you try to go 290 it'll be bumper to bumper getting through the Galleria area with all the Christmas shoppers. It was today just trying to drive out to Tully from inside the city.

Hell yeah, I'm only able to go on Friday to catch the 4A games but I really have wanted to see George Ranch play and turns out they're on Friday too.

George Ranch is only a couple years old and already playing for state. Incredible...

87, if you have it handy, can you give a brief summary of their history?

I know they're 15-0 this year, 12-2 last year and 14-1 the year before. They couldn't have had more than 2-3 years playing varsity football before that. I think the school opened in like 2010 maybe?

Started playing varsity football in 2012 and they played in the quarterfinals their 2nd and 3rd years of football. This year they're playing for state. That's insane.....

45-8 record has got to be way up there as far as win%

What is the least # of years a school has ever played varsity football before winning state?

Could you post Brocks History in football? A Celina DC coach from 2007, Chad Worrell, is head coach there and his son Cody, who played QB for Celina in 2008 is the QB coach. They are 15-0 this year.

Actually Lubbock Estacado in 1968 remains to this day the only UIL program to win state as well as go undefeated their first year of existence. Beaumont West Brook won state in 1982 in its first year of existence but had a rocky start that season and was the product of a merger of two already longstanding programs in Beaumont Hebert and Beaumont Forest Park.
