    Default Famous people you've met

I don't reckon I've met many famous folks in my life, but I'll give it a go....What about ya'll?

    I've met:
    1) The San Diego Chicken - Nice guy!

    2) Thomas "Hollywood" Henderson - outside the ladies restroom at Texas Stadium. We were both waiting for our gals.....shook my hand..which by the way, that dude had giant hands!....He said something like, "Seems like that's all these women do, go to the restroom!" Really nice guy!

    3) Tish Hinojosa - folk singer - she might be more famous for getting busted at the border trying to cross too many prescription meds..or something like that.....

    4) Ken Houston - former DB of the Oilers way back in the day. That lazy bastard! He came to our elementary school, signed one piece of paper, the coach went off and made copies for everybody....mine went in the trash can!!......"I don't want no stinkin' xerox copy!".....

    5) Barney The Dinosaur - way back when this character was just beginning in Dallas....I went up to him just to tell him, "Purple sucks!"

    6) Marv Bateman - ex Cowboys punter...Whoopee!....happen to sit next to him at a Cowboys game after he'd retired....I guess he doesn't count as famous!.....

    7) Randy White - at a country diner out near Lewisville I believe...was his favorite place to eat I hear..can't remember the name of the place...had an old tractor parked outside.....walked in with two blondes..Randy that is!....

    8) Ronald McDonald - then again I guess this one don't count either....it was just my brother-in-law when he had the gig of being Ronald McDonald of the southwest...He was one of only 10 Ronalds in the U.S..........

    9) African-American astronaut Ronald McNair, who died during the space shuttle launch of the Challenger....met him during a field trip to NASA..He was supposed to record the first ever piece of music from space with his saxophone. It was to be used on an album by keyboardist Jean-Michel Jarre.....of course, it never happened.

    10) Pudge Rodriguez - ran into him by accident at LaGuardia airport.....wasn't the friendliest sumbitch....

    11) panfan - before last season's Burnet/LH playoff game.....dangit! I forgot to get his autograph!.......

Suddenly, I'm disappointed.....I can't think of anyone else...I know there's more.....oh well, I'll list em' as I think of em'.....

I'm old enough that I ran into a bunch like Bush 43 and the likes. Politician's are like that if they need you or think you can help them. Now that l'm a for sure old nobody I guess my most recent fun meet was Tim Smith...from moonshiners tv show. Met him in Virginia last month. He autographed a bottle of his "Climax Moonshine" for me.
