Default Oregon vs Ohio State for the National Championship at Jerryworld

YEP.....it's scheduled for next week in Arlington and Jerry is smacking his lips like nobody's business. First, all the high school championships in Texas football, then the really BIG ONE.....the NCAA National Championship in football, yeeehaa!!! In between those, he has the Lions coming to his house for a first week playoff game against his Cowboys this weekend. I reckon he'll fill the house in each game, lol. So who do you like in the Title game and why?

TCU vs Oregon was my personal choice, but that was not to be. Boy, that would have been some homer crowd in Jerryworld, huh?

You forgot about the lowly Cotton Bowl.

I think Oregon puts up 40+ on Ohio State. Don't think they can match the open field speed, spread, and tempo of the Ducks. I think this game should have been a round-robin tournament among TCU, Baylor, and Oregon with free defibrilators and oxygen provided to every fan...

Sure did! He filled the house in that one too, didn't he?

Well....today's the big day for Jerry and all the college football faithful in America. I think the venue couldn't be a better choice, and I think we will see a very exciting game tonight. Personally, I'm on the Oregon bandwagon in this one.....anything Ohio State goes against my nature, haha. Besides, I'm certainly not going to pull for the team that jumped the Big 12 teams in the last week of the regular season, even though I have even more disdain for Alabama than I do Ohio State, LOL. Be that as it may....Go Duckies!!!

Roughneck....I hope you're set up here tonite to give us some clips to review on some of the plays. It's always good to go back later and review the calls and the big plays....looking at the clips right here on our thread.

Over $3600 to sit in the seat I sat in to watch Argyle vs Navasota for $25, including parking.....WOW!!! That would be Seat 1 Row 5 of the 50 yd. line on the home side.

Ohio St OL will be the key. All five hogs have played every game this year as a unit. Long sustained drives will be the outcome and a Buckeyes 38-35 win.

This playoff thing is getting expensive for Ohio State and Oregon fans. All the traveling expenses and the price of Jerry world tickets on top of that. HOLY COWABUNGA CRAPOLA!!!
