    Great win tonight.. D looked awesome..99 must have got 3 sacks and lot of TFLs..30 played lights out..I love that 3 and 34 both ran the ball..34 was crushing defenders rolling right over them...

    by the numbers.. Graham D held Burk to 129 total yards...and only 9 yards on the ground.. Decatur gave 421 the week before..

    I am almost finished with an exhausting portion of my book. When I started this.. I told myself that it would be as factual as possible for the in game parts of this venture.. Man I almost bit off more than I can chew.. I have poured over hours and hours of video, numbers, stats, and accounts of each game.. This is only a part of the story.. of coarse....but it is crucial.. It is funny how different people can interpret the same event a dozen different ways.. That's why I love the fact that the games have been documented with photographs, film, and print so well.. thank god for this.. My story is still months away from anything close to an end, but I am nearing the finish of a pivotal portion... To celebrate this I am going to show yall a small part of the preamble.. I cannot show any of the actual product "not allowed by the powers that be" but I can this.. Remember it is rough and has not been proof-read by any stretch of the imagination.. Also I don't need any English professors out here to let me know what I did wrong.. I got folks that will take care of that for me.. Having said that.. I hope you like it...



    Remember when you were a teenager? Remember being excited? That feeling of adrenaline pumping through you. The butterflies in your belly. Your heart racing. Feeling happy but a little sick. A smile across your face from ear to ear but nervous as hell. Knowing that tonight you have a chance to shine. They say that youth is wasted on the young. When you're young you think you know it all. Life has not beaten you down. Life has not taught you lessons. Because of that, you go headstrong into the excitement. You take it on 100%. No worries, no indiscretions, and certainly no fear for whatever happens. Even though you have no idea that the actions taken tonight will shape you, and define you for the rest of your life.
