http://www.texaselite7on7.org/news_a...MGXWg.facebook Graham 8th grade wins 2nd straight 7 on 7 tournament and is 11-1 for this season. Check out this article. I'd like to add that there is no Division 1 and division 2 for Texas Elite seven-on-seven games. Graham is beating very large schools and by a lot.

Pictured is Kirk Hutchens with his 8 lbs of fish he caught. Thanks GISD

I am gonna share something that is not sports related at all but i need to say it. Harrison Brown was killed today in Austin. Stabbed to death on the U.T. campus.. He was a great kid from Graham. I briefly knew him. His parents are absolutely wonderful people. His father is suffering from A.L.S. and is a retired Dr. His mother is a 4th Grade teacher and has taught more than one of my kids. My heart is broken and my head is spinning but I can't amagine the pain the Browns are going through right now.. Jesus has another angel... and we have lost one..https://m.facebook.com/story.php?sto...&id=1409735215

Tonight Graham as a whole is having a gathering by candle light at Newton Field to honor the life of young Harrison Brown and to pray for the Brown family. It will also be to pray for the others hurt yesterday in Austin and Dallas. I believe it starts at 8pm and all are welcome.. Prayer is a wonderfully powerful tool... We need to use it more often. Thanks

My prayers are with the Town of Graham tonight. From all accounts from my family that live there this was a great kid headed in the right direction. Tragic loss and my heart breaks for his parents, family and friends.
