19 secs. left. Baylor runs it to the middle of the field and calls timeout. Last play coming up for the field goal.

The kicker for Baylor is a redshirt fresh from Houston that was 1 for 6 coming into today. He has made all 3 short ones today. If he hits it, he's BMOC. Here it is. Down the middle....it's good and Baylor wins!!! 24 unanswered come from behind points and they are going crazy in Wacko....err I mean Waco, haha. Congrats to the Baylor Bears and Coach Briles for a big win today.

They have played this game 110 times. The final score is a record for this matchup:

    Baylor 61
    TCU 58

    What a game!!!

This was a great game. Too bad the final winner was determined by the officials near the end. They didn't call pass interference on Baylor but on a similar play they called it on TCU and Baylor took advantage to win.

    Thank you PPHSfan and Keith7!

TCU/Baylor series is now 52-51-7 in Baylor's favor. This was the first time both teams were ranked when they played. Glad my Bears pulled it off.

Patterson had elephant coconuts and a pea brain not to have punted on 4th down....game might have ended up the same way, but at least there would have been more chances for the Baylor offense to make a mistake, or the Frog defense to make a stop in the time remaining. Hindsight is always 20-20, but I just didn't agree with Patterson's call on this one.

This. Tcu got the very short end of that exchange.

Having said that, saggy is right that it should have never come to that. I was yelling at the tv as early as late 3rd that they were not running the ball enough. They had several series where they ran almost no time on the clock. Tcu would have won the game if their last 4 series they ran right into the LOS and fell down three times and punt. Baylor simply wouldn't had enough time left in the clock. Very poor game management by Patterson. And I'm a hugh Patterson fan.

TCU got robbed by the officials the last possessions. But it never should've come to that.

An amazing game, it was great to be there. TCU is choke city this week. I almost left when they were down 21 in the fourth to go and tailgate my sorrows away, but good teams find a way to win. TCU played their best game of the year. I really don't think they're as good as Baylor, but I also don't think Baylor has any shot if they make the playoff. I hope I'm wrong but they still have a tough schedule ahead. We'll see!

TCU played their best game so far for 3 quarters. The 4th quarter was really weird. It is very a-typical for a Gary Patterson team to start to leak that bad. I also think GP did a very poor job of managing the end of that game.
