This should be a real test for LG, do not see many teams in Region 4 any better them Columbus. Columbus pitcher has the goods to slow down LG's HR hitters, this game may boil down to some coaching.

Game Insight:
Am fairly familiar with both programs and this may be the best series in all of the 3A softball playoffs.
Columbus has a fantastic pitcher 68+ fastball and all the other pitches to keep batters off balance. They have better than average defense and are not prone to mental letdowns. The only area I think they are weak is in the batting order, there better hitters are tops in 3A but they are not strong top to bottom.
LaGrange has excellent pitching, fantastic defense, very strong hitting top to bottom and a deep bench in all areas.
If the Columbus pitcher is on I give the advantage to them but if LaGrange can work the count and get some runners on the advantage flips. See this as a very close game and hope I am able to get to the games tonight. This should be a Regional Championship game with the quality of these two teams. Good luck to both but am cheering for the Cardinals to continue.
