Starting Swoopes against Baylor (or even putting him in before the game is conceded) is a good way to blow his psyche. Seems like Mack was off the front burner just last week before OSU and now here we go again. I say you let Case start, but put Swoopes in every other possession unless 1 of them gets real hot or real cold. I'm guessing the latter with Baylor.

One of his poorest performances! Not that it's saying much. For the life of me, why didn't Swoopes get a chance in the second half at least. His shirt is burned anyway.

Swoopes better start the bowl. There is ZERO reasons to start case

    No draft stock
    no going out on top
    no nothing

I don't think anyone is getting their hopes up. Swoopes will get a series in the first half, then some snaps at the end when it's a blowout. Case is still a McCoy.

I am sometimes mistaken, but I am never wrong.

People who buys Macs are stupid.

Stop knocking McCoy-He has feelings too. While he wasn't a great QB, he's a good person.

He doesn't go to Texas because he's a good person. He went there to play QB, he sucked and should have never been there to begin with.

Let's call it what it is now that it's over. It was a terrible legacy offer and McCoy should never have been taking meaningful FBS snaps for any program, much less Texas. I was never high on him in HS and thought at best he was a borderline FBS prospect. It was amazing Texas offered him in the first place. That being said I can't imagine the plan was going to be anything but him holding a clipboard and maybe playing garbage time, but a couple of transfers and bam you have this.

It's a classic example of why every scholarship is so valuable.

None of these guys were saying this the night he beat A&M.

    (But I do think he's a D2 QB too)

Yes we were made that win that much crazier and why his famous scramble is made fun by UT fans as much as anyone
