    After watching these playoff games, it made me wonder about our Texans and Cowboys. Both have ingredients missing to make it to a Superbowl. I think the Texans have the nucleus to get there next season, just not the "know-how". They lack real leadership, but not talent. The Cowboys are a mess. They have no clue how to be a football team disciplined for a single purpose. Sometimes, I feel too much emphasis is put on talent, and not enough on all the other qualities needed....namely leadership and TEAM.

    Cowboys mess can be laid at the feet of Jerry Jones as in NO leadership or team qualities. It is all about him being in control.

    The Cowboys root problem is pretty simply, IMO. They haven't put enough emphasis on the OL and DL.

    Makes me wonder though...

    CBS big wig was sitting in Robert Kraft's box during the game.

    CBS and Kraft Group open a restaurant near Gillette Stadium.

    Will Sharpe be unemployed soon?
