ok, folks, drastic times call for drastic measures....do we pray for rain from a storm? i say yes....theyre saying this one is not coming our way...lets ask for it to come our way....we dont need more north winds from a storm missing us again.....

It appears this storm is going into Northern Mexico and no rain for Texas. I sure hope that forecast about the rain is wrong.

yahoo weather has it moving north.....if it moves north, the jet stream might turn it more east....

I sure hope you are right. We had 2 brush fires within a half mile of my house in Ingleside this week.

Some of the models are pulling it back north east toward Mississippi and Florida. We have to find a way to get rid of that High Pressure Ridge that is sitting on Texas. It kills me to see these thing in the gulf below us and watch the computer models fight over where it goes, into Mexico or North East away from Texas. Another cold front or two and our gulf threat....or hopes will be gone for the year.

I have estimated that it would take 2-3 feet of rain to get the ground and grass back to where it should be.
