28...missed the voting age amendment and the prohibition amendment, although I should have known that one. I got a bit confused and chose gender equality because of the amendment giving women the right to vote.

29 Official language got me. I did not know it was a right reserve to the individual States. Only 26 have English as there official language.

I can't think of any point in my life where Ive ever known how many amendments have been proposed but not ratified.
