Once upon a time, my grandparents had a train track basically running through their back yard. A train would come through there at 4:10 AM everyday without fail. They got used to this and it never bothered them...then one morning, the train didn't come. The "silence" woke my granddad up and he said, "what's that?" to my grandmother, who had also woke up.
