if i was to just throw a wild guess I'd say Celina...maybe not 3A but a couple others that come to mind are SLC, Stephenville from the 90's and La Marque from the 90's...i dont have the stats like WOS does but those are some dominant era's that come to mind

SLC, Celina, and Sealy I think are the only ones to win 3 in a row. Katy reached the finals 3 times in a row on two occasions, but has never won 3 in a row.

That's what I was thinking. The original (08/08) post was taken from some archived thing somewhere and I have no idea where I took the info from to go back to get an update.
