She did this without a permit from the City of Dallas and stripped naked in front of a lot of people, including kids. She got out of her car in Downtown Dallas and stripped as she walked towards Dealy Plaza and eventually laid down naked on Elm Street at the spot where Kennedy was shot. That just isnt right.....how does she not get in trouble for this?

If children saw, she could be prosecuted and forced to register as a sex offender. 'Streaking' lies under those guidelines.

But she said many of the people around her seemed not to notice.
Crowther said that had a complaint been filed, the charges may have been even more serious because the video shows children in the background.
Badu said she has no regrets about making the video.
Asked about the presence of minors, Badu said that when she saw them, "I tried to telepathically communicate my good intent to them. That's all I could do, and I hoped they wouldn't be traumatized."
