You can still make them out of your purchased library but there isn't like a top ringtones tab or anything of that sort I think?

I always just go to myxer.com and you get free ringtones without a subscription. just search, find the one you want and hit download

I just cut the section of music I want in windows movie maker then move it over to my phone with chord.
