The one that counts: Gonzales 21 Cuero 20. It was all you would expect a Gonzales/Cuero game to be. Big hits and big plays. Apaches blocked an extra point that would have tied it up with about 2 minutes to play. Apaches then recovered the onside kick, made a first down and then ran the clock out. Cuero fought hard. There will be some sore bodies in the morning. Can't remember the last time the Apaches were 3-1 to start the season.
