Our St. John The Baptist Catholic Church in Hungerford had a fire on Sunday behind the altar. Fortunately the damage was not that bad but with a lot of smoke. A big thanks for our volunteer fire department here in town who put it out quickly. Repair started on Monday and services should able to resume late in the week
