i think they're going to leave Kingsville in 16-4a to keep them at 5.

I did go back and forth with several things, including having the 6-4A swapped with 4-4A.

left out two new schools projected to be 4A- New Belton ISD school Lake Belton and Comal ISD new school Davenport. Not sure what divisions they fall into my guess from talk would be D1.
