Oh my goodness. I just love good pork ribs. Those look delicious. I have a friend that can flat out cook pork ribs I buy the ribs and he does his thing several time a yr. Playing dominos and eating pork ribs. It don't get better than that.

And then there was Brisket! Not my best but ok.
