Who throws the best ball in the air in college or pro? My vote goes to Kerry Collins of the Titans after watching him throw against the Ravens yesterday---nothing but effortless perfect spirals on every pass. Now I don't know if he can throw it the longest distance, but I haven't seen many throw a better ball than he is throwing right now.
