Jason Tucker is selected as Haltom’s football coach

Jason Tucker was named Haltom’s football coach after working as the defensive coordinator at Saginaw Chisholm Trail the last two years. Tucker replaces Scot Hafley, who resigned after seven years, capped by a 3-7 record last season.
Tucker had two years of head coaching experience at Burleson in 2010 and 2011. Tucker was an assistant at Southlake Carroll under Todd Dodge as Carroll reached four state finals and won three state championships from 2003 to 2006.
