    Returning Stats Leaders

    Rusher: Levi Mair, Mathis; 1,234 yds 16 TD's
    Passer: Tristen Barajas, Ingleside; 1,164 yds 11 TD's
    Receiver: David McHugh, Ingleside; 1,148 yds 10 TD's

    District Preview: Overview

    This could be the year Ingleside finally gets over the pirates jinx. Sinton and Mathis will battle with fellow Pirates Rockport-Fulton for the final two spots.

    Aransas Pass Head Coach: Russell Lee Returning Starters O/D 7/8

    RB William Butler (1,005 yds 19 TD's will look to have another 1,000 yd season. WR Cody Sullivan (14 rec 313 yds 2 TD's will be the Panther's deep threat.

    Goliad Head Coach: Mark Cunningham Returning Starters O/D 6/6

    Goliad does not have a lot of production returning on the offensive side of the ball. So they will look to the defense led by; JR. LB Jeremy Pena (92 Tackles) and FS Ryan Berger (54 Tackles).

    Ingleside Head Coach: Graig Hesseltine Returning Starters O/D 10/8

    Ingleside once again has a potent offense with the McHugh's @ WR. David McHugh (61 rec 1,148 10 TD's) leads the district, Matt McHugh (23 rec 388 yds 4 TD's). Sophomore QB Tristen Barajas (1,164 yds 11 TD's) leads the district and got some great experience last year on the field. RB Marquis Barrolle is a bowling ball who has great speed that give's him the ability to break one. On Defense LB Tyler Hernandez (145 Tackles) is the leader on D.

    Mathis Head Coach: Ronnie Molina Returning Starters O/D N/A

    Mathis ground game may not be as strong as 2010 but RB Levi Mair (1,234 yds 16 TD's) leads the district will carry the load. QB Gabriel Alvarado (478 yds 3 TD's) returns under center. The LBer's will be a strength of the Pirates Defense led by Kayne Hargett and Justin Medrano.

    Rockport - Fulton Head Coach: Huey Chancellor Returning Starters O/D N/A

    Coach Chancellor will look for QB Stratton Williams (681 yds 2 TD's passing; 636 yds 8 TD's rushing) to be just as productive. The back end of the RF Pirate defense will be an early strength with DB's Tai Temple and Ray Allen returning.

    Sinton Head Coach: Tom Allen Returning Starters O/D 5/7

    Sinton will need to find replacements at QB and OL. RB Keith Garcia is looking for a great Jr. season. Coach Allen will look for his strong defense to lead the way. LB's DeRick Castro (120 Tackles, 3 sacks) and Corey Ring (106 Tackles) are the leaders.
