    Returning Stats Leaders

    Rusher: Secody Howard, Lampasas; 1,108 yds 11TD's
    Passer: Weston Cozby, Burnet; 1,844 yds 20 TD's
    Receiver: Austin Silva, Salado; 866 yds 10 TD's

    District Previews:Overview

    Liberty Hill should continue their reign in the district. Burnet's passing attack should make them a solid #2. Lampasas should earn the third spot as Llano seems to have lost a step from 2010.

    Burnet Head Coach: Doyle Walker Returning Starters O/D 5/6

    Coach Walker thinks this could be the team to challenge Liberty Hill for the district crown. With District leading QB Weston Cozby (1,844 yds 20 TD's) and WR Zach Maldanado on offense and LB's Blaine Posey and Jr. Cameron Langley on Defense, Bulldog fans have a right to feel optimistic about the upcoming season.

    Lampasas Head Coach: Joey McQueen Returning Starters O/D 6/8

    Lampasas return's 14 starters from last year's 5-5 team. FB Secody Howard (1,108 yds 11 TD's) is the district's returning leading rusher. LB Steven McKinney will lead the Badger defense which returns 8 starters.

    Liberty Hill Head Coach: Jerry Vance Returning Starters O/D 6/5

    RB's Brandon Corn (870 yds 11 TD's) and Johnny Johnston (646 yds 7 TD's will be the focal point of Coach Vance's Slot T. DE Brice Bishop (75 Tackles, 8 TFL), will be the anchor for the always stout Panther defense.

    Llano Head Coach: David Yeager Returning Starters O/D 4/4

    After making the playoffs in 2010, the Yellow Jacket's will be moving player's to different positions and will look to the JV for replacement's.

    Salado Head Coach: Glenn Talbott Returning Starters O/D 7/9

    With 16 starters coming back for the Eagles expect improvement from there 1-9 record of 2010. Austin Silva (866 yds 10 TD's) is the district leading WR who returns to be a weapon for Salado once again.

    Taylor Head Coach: Rick Cobia Returning Starters O/D 8/6

    RB Emmett Wiggins is a move-in from Cedar Park who will be a play maker for the Ducks. LB Moises Tellez (2 INTS) will head the defense.
