Enjoyed my month and change off since getting home from Iraq and Afghanistan....but .....I start the new job on Monday. Got one HELLOVA commute (Needville to Kingwood!), but at least they are paying me mileage! :D

WOOHOO!!! LOVE commuting in Houston traffic!!

Glad to have you back, thanks for all you do. Have fun with your commute, I've been driving from San Angelo to Sweetwater daily, but at least there isn't ANY traffic at all.

Houston traffic isn't too bad. I mean, it's not great or anything, but as long as you can avoid the loop, 45, and 10 you won't have too many problems.

Yeah...59 down towards the loop is HORRIBLE in the mornings.....and thank GOODNESS I don't have to mess w/ 290!!

oh man, 290. the whole north side is a cesspool. inner loop is the only part of houston worth anything.
