A LGISD high school teacher was killed last night in a vehicle accident. LGISD and the community of LG really need some extra support and prayers. Thanks!

:( My prayers are with the family and the whole community, I know its a tough time this week, especially that it happened to a person that kids look up to everyday at school. God Bless the family and whole community and stay safe this coming Friday on this last week of the regular season.

A great lady. She pretty much single handedly held the La Grange DECA program running and strong with kids going to nationals just about every year. I've known this woman my entire life and there will never be another like her. She was possibly the "spunkiest" woman anyone could ever meet with always something to say to someone. I know she's looking down and thanking everyone for their prayers. We love you and will miss you Becky

Coach Lymas at Hearne lost 4 teachers (including 3 coaches) to sudden deaths in a 9 month period last year, including Coach Jackson, who played with Oscar Robertson years ago with Cincinnati. Was so tough for them all....

Was brought to mind with your news. Grant all that are hurting that Peace that passes anyones understanding.....

Heartfelt prayers from the Rattler Nation. The loss of anyone that has close ties to the kids of a community is devastating. Keep your faith in God close to your heart and believe that this woman is looking down on you and offering her comfort, just as she did every day before this tragedy. God will see you through this time and make each of you stronger.

My heart is sad. Just heard the terrible news this morning and still a little in shock. I will miss her dynamite smile, raspy laugh and energetic personality. She was a great friend and my thoughts and prayers go out to her husband, Richard and all the kids. Becky will be greatly missed!
