He definitely got knocked out. Any time you see a guy's arms go up from their body and wiggle when they are flat on their back, it's pretty much guaranteed they are at best semi-conscious. I think that came from his head slapping the turf, though. That was some leverage from Wall, no doubt.

I think that was his version of lowering the shoulder. If you look closely he lunges right before the hit.

It was a jump cut. And a very stupid decision. Anybody could have made that hit. They happen all the time in football...it's just a part of the game haha.
