Really, how about you goto youtube. Type in brownwood beats graham. You'll see him jump over the center. Not "bust through the line"

from the video it does not look legal.... looks like he hopped the center but hey it didn't get called so you gota live with it...

The rule says he cannot use another player to propel him over the line of scrimmage. If he can jump over the line and block the kick without using his hands on the center or another player, it is legal. If you look at the video, he ran into the line and dove over the offense with his hands up, not on somebody's body and therefore it was legal.

Blocked kick equals Brownwood win. No flag equals legal play. No review in High School means nothing as it would not have been overturned anyhow.

I'm not an official, but I think thats ok as long he didn't use his hands on the centers back to propel himself over. I know you can't get on another players shoulders or jump on their back...but that doesn't look that way. Of course that is a consumer grade videocam from the stands...no slow-mo replay.:D

How can you jump over someone if your feet don't go higher than said person?

Looks like from the video that the C and LG had their feet either touching or crossing to create a lower barrier and the BW player went air-borne to get over that 'small wall' the legs created. He leapt through, not over. Which is legal.

And this ain't the BCS, it's HS football. If one loss ruins your season, it better be in the playoffs, not a game which decides a which position to start in the playoff.

LOL Graham got their butt beat by Brownwood. They played catch up the whole game and were lucky to even be in a position to tie the game (not win it). I cannot believe this is even a thread. You were outmatched in every facet of the game including offense (after our 100 yards in penalties). Quit your crying you little baby. :rolleyes:

He would have missed the XP anyways. Not very good.:rolleyes:

Brownwood is CLEARLY better than Graham.
