Notes.
Top 4 remain unchanged as they are clearly the best teams in the region. Only ranked team with no chance to make the playoffs is Bellville, but their losses have come to the teams ranked 1, 3, & 4 and state ranked Navasota. Be glad your team doesn’t have to play the Brahmas for a playoff spot.
Middle of the pack stayed basically the same with a little movement due to Ingleside’s win over Sinton. Brookshire came very close to beating Sweeny and the Falcons moved up a couple of spots.
Luling is new to the poll, but deserves to be there with wins over Sam Houston, and Somerset, who dropped out. Smithville also dropped out after falling behind at the half 0-35 to Giddings. We feel for the Tigers as the gauntlet of D25 just finally took its toll on them. Yoakum moves in after two consecutive impressive wins. We think the Bulldogs are going to make life miserable for someone in the post-season.

As always all comments and suggestions are welcomed. We thought it would get easier to rank teams as the season progressed and that’s true about the top of the poll. Not true about spots 5-20.

Didn't Pearsall beat Bandera?

I don't like that we dropped down below a team that is 5-4, I don't care what district they are in!

Yes but we went into that game without our key players and barely lost. We are a better team, they were just better for that week
